Ash is influenced by classic rock bands such as Motley Crue, Thunder, Guns n Roses, AC/DC, & Thin Lizzy etc. and he's inspired by guitarists such as Randy Rhodes, Yngwie J. Malmsteen and Richard Beaumont (his tutor).

The new collection of songs are an exciting result of Ash being let off the lead to experiment with his own brand of rock-based compositions. His involvement in all stages of recording and production also help to give the tracks his own unmistakable trademark sound. Take a look at the "Download Tracks" page and have a listen.

NOV/DEC 2006

The songs are ready to perform live and gigs are being booked for next year. Anyone interested in booking the band should email us at info@ashrocks.com with details. Another photoshoot is planned soon, now that Ash has had his hair cut!

AUGUST 2006

The band has invested in a load of stage equipment ready to take on the road with us. There's a full lighting rig with overhead gantry and a mega-array of lights (including 8 strobes!) along with 2 smoke machines. This band should carry a health warning, cos after you see us there's a good chance you'll have epilepsy, tinnitus and asthma!!!

The band will have the added bonus of having The Hideout recording studio as their base, which will become a second home, for unlimited practice sessions, recording and general summertime hanging out, as and when they please.... we reckon some great tracks will come out of the relaxed atmosphere out at the Hideout..... and no, we're not saying where it is.....
